In this instance, a 1,850 person project accommodation village was required to service the Goonyella Coal Mine in central Queensland. Won through a competitive tender, the scope of this hire project was detailed and exacting, including the following components:

Design, build and install a full turnkey accommodation village for a 1,850 strong workforce.

Central facilities included wet mess, commercial kitchen facilities, large dining complex and a range of leisure facilities to promote a healthy active lifestyle in the village.
